| Gratuities are appreciated for services provided however: they must be in the form of cash or check as we are unable to add them to your credit card. |

| A credit card is required to book multiple services. To ensure the highest level of service we ask that all cancellations for spa packages be made 48 hours prior to treatment. A 24 hour notice for other services is required to avoid a cancellation fee. |
