Gratuities are appreciated for services provided however: they must be in the form of cash or check as we are unable to add them to your credit card.
A credit card is required to book multiple services. To ensure the highest level of service we ask that all cancellations for spa packages be made 48 hours prior to treatment. A 24 hour notice for other services is required to avoid a cancellation fee.
In an attempt to maintain the highest level of service to all of our clients we ask that children be supervised at all times and remain on the main level.
